We’re licensed to drill in Illinois, hold a Solar DG number, and maintain IGSHPA’s Residential/Light Commercial Ground Heat Exchanger Installer certification. Erik has just about done it all at Installed Energy — from administration and sales to drilling, installing, and quality control. His mix of office know-how and field experience means he understands every step of the process. Mallory’s roots in the geothermal heat pump world run deep—she grew up immersed in the industry as the daughter of Steve and Karen Smith, founders of geothermal manufacturer Enertech Global.
